Very professional. Quick response with estimate that was very reasonable considering that they are a licensed contractor with Liability Insurance, Workers Comp and Better Business Bureau A+ rating. Everything was done smoothly. I had a HUGE eucalyptus tree and felt very comfortable that they were professionals and there wouldn't be any accidents. Cleaned up area nicely. Plan to use again for a couple more trees.
