Our rep, Melissa W. called you yesterday and left a voicemail (and she has called you again today). As stated in our reply to your BBB complaint, we are willing to provide you with 2 months of free service which makes up for the 2 months you already paid, that have left you dissatisfied. We would very much like to work with you and turn around your experience and produce some results you can be happy about, without charging you anything extra.
