BEWARE! BEWARE!
I signed up with Local Splash in January for two months, to see if their ad would work for me. I was told that I would be committed for only two months
and they would take out two monthly payments from my credit card account.
I did not feel that the add was helping my business in any way so I did not contact them to continue this service.
Much to my surprise they have continued to withdraw a monthly charge!
I phoned them today trying to get this resolved and all they stated was that they did not have a contract and they can continue to withdraw money as long as they want until I call and cancel. If they do not have a contract how can they continue to take my money???
I have never worked with a company that works in this manner and I never will ever again. I would also like to join the class action suit as this is
not an acceptable way to do business!!
Watch you wallet and the commitment they make to you!!
