They are terrific! I used Redlands Floorhouse when they installed my kitchen wood laminate (not pergo) floor and were professional, timely, and had great products. I did a lot of research on the floor product I wanted and they were happy to answer my questions, as well as provide to me the manufacturer's phone and contact information in case I had more. They saved me money on prep (the warehouse store wanted to charge me quite a bit more) and on product.
When our kitchen counter was installed, the floor was damaged. Again, they came out and fixed it so well that I can't see where the patch was.
Warranty work was done quickly and they are always cheerful. They're coming again to put in our bathroom floors this fall--I've recommended them many times and will continue to do so.
A top notch company!!
