Oversold and under-performed. The sales guy recommended a laminate product that hasn't withstood the normal wear of a household and company installed it so poorly we had to have others fix it. Six months later they were still saying: "The high spots will go down. The cracks will settle. The gaps will fill in." Of course, none of this happened and by the time we got a third party repairman the surface was showing water damage and warping. We'd have been much better off with real wood flooring or tile. This was a poor choice from a bad company.
