Prices So-So, Product Sucks, Service Sucks Worse

By the time we were done felt oversold on the wrong floors and dramatically under-serviced on everything. Company kept talking a good game but never would address our problems and the finish work never did get done. Every time we called we got another run around - nothing was ever their fault - we must not have understood the salesman; we must not have understood how flooring is finished or how it will wear in over time or how it's the manufacturer's fault, etc. We'll never go back!
