beware of Dan and Karen Massey...even though they're real estate agents with Re/Max, they own their own buy-foreclosures-and-flip-them "corporation" so make sure the house you're buying from them is not owned by "I.E.O.C., Inc." (which means they are the owners...)...
I tried to a month ago and Dan Massey ended up withholding some of my deposit...
