Sexist and will not do what they say--DO NOT RECOMMEND

I chose Raymond Caylor Heating and Cooling through the TVA e-score program so that I could receive rebates from TVA to have upgrades to my home done for energy efficiency. I had about $10,000 worth of work done through them. I was only eligible for $450 in rebates from TVA for this, and is all Raymond had to do was to go onto the TVA website and put in his login information and click a few buttons for me to be able to get my rebates. However, it's now been 4 months later and he still has not done it. He was very sexist when he came to my house. Only addressing my fiance and only shaking his hand--when I'm the one that owns the house and was the one paying him. He was condescending to me and would not listen to my concerns. I only went with him because he was an approved contractor on the TVA website and I would be able to get some rebates. However, since he won't take 5 minutes to login to the website and click a couple of buttons, I'm not even getting that benefit. Yet, Raymond was adamant about me paying him quickly, but when it comes to him upholding his end of the deal, he is slow and still (months later) has not gotten around to getting my rebate.
