The RMR Group is the worst company ever and definetly deserve and F rating. I heard them on the radio also and signed up with there company in November. Not only has my house went in to foreclosure and a sales date of April 3 and my loan is not modified. I am still arguing with RMR to return my monies and they have not did so. They are scam artest and frauds and anyone who would deal with this company is in for a big let down. If you want to be homeless hire this company, if not deal with a company that has a better rating. Take it from someone who's experience them, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
