I called the company and spoke to Jim Joyce, he was extremely unprofessional, rude and full
of accusations. I wanted an explanation of the amount being billed to my account. All he could say is, "you have been billed 6 times, you obviously don't want to pay your bill." This is just one of plenty statements made by this person. In one week my balance rose by $20; I then requested another explanation. His response,"it's up to you whether you'd like to pay it, it's your credit that will be adversely affected." I believe these responses to be inappropriate considering all I asked for was an explanation for my balance. Despite my attempt to understand this bill I was only given a higher balance & no explanation. All he could do was accuse me of not wanting to pay my bill and told me he could careless whether I paid it or not because it was my credit. There are definitely better ways to handle this type of situation. I have worked with people throughout my entire career and have never encountered someone so unprofessional over the phone.
