I ordered a laptop from this company after researching many different laptop retailers on the internet: newegg.com (their customer service is also excellent by the way), toshiba, dell, hp, IBM, etc. rjtech.com allowed me to better customize my order to fit my needs. I've been building desktop computers for 8 years but this was my first laptop build, and rjtech.com made the order process easy. Once the laptop arrived, I noticed that there were three stuck pixels (pixel displayed only one color). Most companies require anywhere from 5-15 pixels to be stuck/dead before they'll replace your screen. rjtech.com worked with me and answered my questions promptly to get me a new screen at a price that was better than I could find anywhere else to get it fixed.
