I guess I am very lucky to have gotten anything from this crook. The building was up AHEAD of schedule, BUT .. He bounced his check to the concrete supplier - I had to pay them to avoid a lien on my property. The building was supposed to be TAN - after the main supports were up he offered to switch to red with some "leftovers" for a lower price. I agreed only to get SOMETHING up. Two sides are red (with plenty of leaky seams) and the rest of the building is four other colors. The garage door supplier/installer refused to take a check from Ruben so I had to pay him out of pocket. And of course, the building leaks. We only got a building because after we were visited by the concrete supplier (and informed about the bounced check) we called and visited Rubens shop 6-8 times a day. When he called my wife to say he was loaded and ready for our install the next day, she was sitting in his parking lot and his trailer was EMPTY. Yes I got my multi colored, leaky building and I am farther ahead than most people who deal with this scum. If he owes you money or a building call non stop and visit his shop. He hates contact and might cough up "something". Good luck to all those he's robbed.
