Review 9/19/2011
|
We dropped off our car at Quality Firestone on 9/10/11 for a wheel alignment and they called us later on to inform us that when the technician moved the car the brake master cylinder stopped working. How can that be? The brakes were working fine at the time of drop off. We paid $361.00 for the brake master cylinder and labor. The wheel alignment was not done and we were asked to comeback for this service. I called Quality Firestone the next business day and asked for a discount for the repairs because of the extraordinary (suspicious) circumstances that occurred with the master cylinder but they declined. We support small businesses in our community but cannot support Quality Firestone in the future because of the unusual circumstances surrounding this unexpected repair while the car was in their care. Was this a scam or a blessing in disguise? You decide.. Quality Firestone may respond to this review but the facts have been written.
