Review 12/17/2010

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I hired Pure Organic in October 2010. This company calls themselves a cleaning company? First of all - they overcharged me by $130. I realized this after I gave them my credit card. It took over a week for them to get back to me and to issue me that credit. Then their is the issue of the "Cleaning" They have left my carpets dirtier than they were before they came. They do not extract any dirt. They do not even steam clean. All they do is spray a supposed "Organic" solution all over your carpets and then they grind the solution into your carpets with a buffing machine. They extract nothing. They tell you later - after you have called to complain that you are supposed to vacuum the carpets yourself the next day. Even after vacuuming myself - there is a fine grayish mist pattern of staining from their spray all over the lighter colored carpet and my oriental patterned carpet has what looks like large water spots in 5 or 6 areas - as if someone had poured cups of water on it. One of the back cushions on my sofa is now a different color from the rest of the cushions. I am devastated. They offered to come back and do a re-clean - which they did - but the damages remained unchanged. They said if I want to pay another professional carpet cleaner to come in and try to undo what they did - they would pay me after I paid that other company. I told them I could not do that because once another cleaning company of my "hire and pay" came in and went over their damages - than that may make Pure Organic no longer liable for their damages. I asked them to hire another company of their choosing and pay them to come in and try to undo the damages - but Pure Organic refused. I am sure they know that if I hire and pay another company - then they would no longer be liable for their work and mistake - and I believe that is what they are hoping I will do. I told them I want to file a liability claim with their liability insurance company. I asked for the name of their insurance company and they gave me a bogus name. I hope nobody else has to go what I have gone through.
