DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY INFORMATION. DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES. In the last three years alone they have had nearly 300 BBB complaints. They called our home (despite the fact that we are on the do-not-call registry) and asked for my husband, saying that he ordered magazines. My husband doesn't read magazines, and the caller couldn't even tell me which magazines she was calling about. She called back a second time saying that she wanted to tell my husband about some special promotions.
When I made some phone calls to the company to get some background information, I got a customer service rep who talked so quietly I could hardly hear her. When I asked her to speak up, she said she had her volume on as high as it would go. I told her to raise her voice more so I could hear her and she hung up on me.
I called again and got another person. This person said she did not know the name of the CEO of the company, and that only her manager could give me that information. Her manager didn't happen to be in at the time. How convenient, or what a lie.
Do not give them any business or information. Report them.
