My son and I have had a very negative experience with Progressive Management Systems. The first problem was that my son paid a medical bill a couple of years ago, and they have insisted he did not pay it. We paid that bill again, along with a current bill because we needed proof of payment for a lending agency. After 4 requests for proof of payment, they are still refusing to send it. The lady we spoke to this morning was very rude and hung up on us. How can they get away with this, and what are they trying to pull?
