I ordered Proactiv for my teenager on 2/28/11 and decided to give it a try. After at least 30 days, I called to cancel the entire order and that I would send my teenager to a Dermatologist. The representative told me that another shipment have already been shipped and that my credit card had been deducted for the 90-day supply. I was unaware that they would continue to bill every month at $39.94, until the representative made that clear. She gave me instructions about sending it back which was untrue. I, however, paid $10 and change to send back the product with a receipt confirmation. I then called the company to inform them that the product was in route and gave them the receipt number. Even after giving them the receipt confirmation number, I was then told that it would take 4-6 weeks for me to get my refund. I am now in the process of canceling my credit card and calling my bank for a refund. This is unacceptable and I should have checked with the BBB before ordering this product.
