Respond to a fake review from a former employee

The previous review is from Anthony McClain whose "couragous" actions after him not working here include but are not limited to 1. Highjacking computer system and stealing files 2. Refusing to return keys to main building, gates and office 3. Trying to scare other employees to leave Prime Termite
As one of our customers mentions in his yelp review - Mr. John A. he stole their files from our computer system and was trying to make me and the customer to fight so that he will go and put a bad review, but happaned the opposite. Also, he put this same absurd review on yelp, and it lasted there for only one day, since yelp removed it.
Looks like all this time Anthony did not know what he was really selling. Over 1.5 years of "service" he was nobody than a used car scammy salesman, and no matter how long I waited for him to finally learn the profession and how much time was spent to correct his nonsense, he stayed the same dumb and unprofessional person and was upset that no more leads were provided to him. Over one and a half year of work he did not realize that Prime Termite is in termite control business, not in business of killing as many bugs as possible. I myself have given many years of warranties without fumigation which in most cases is another limited treatment since has a 100% kill only on theory , not in practice. These are houses which did not have any drywood termite damage over 30,40, 50 years in more inland areas. Also, many houses are possible to do great prevention by borates, and they can be better services by just preventing more drywood termite infestation instead of "killing them all". Reviews about my and other inspectors warranties for similar types of treatments can be found here, yelp, citisearch, etc. Telling that these reviews are fake is absurd, many of them provide their personal details, how they can be fake? I did not pursue any actions against him, which doesn't mean I will not because it was filtered.
Also, my very last follow-up inspection to a customer home was because she thought we did not foam the walls. When I went, I also had hard time finding the walls since after you do it properly it doesn't show easily where the holes are, especially when paint is white or if it is painted over nicely. We even guarantee about it in our contract.
The quality of the scammy foaming Anthony was doing sure will not be a good quality job, otherwise he would be working here. He was making the crew to spend as less time as possible just to drill, spray little bit and leave, unlike I and other inspectors now working make sure the wood is flashed as much as possible, especially when the cost of material is not that great, why not to do a good job?
Anthony McClain not working with Prime Termite anymore shows that we want only decent, and honest people to work with us not the ones who are just like any other scammy used car salesman, who in addition won't mind stubbing behind your back when taking good care of their family for over a year due to opportunities given here in our company.
