HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company does NOT know what they are doing and has ZERO knowledge whatsoever about air conditioners!! They were sent by my Home Warranty Company and Prime Masters added R22 to my R410 system which is akin to adding diesel fuel to a car that takes unleaded
gasoline. They admitted this GROSS MISTAKE to the Home Warranty Company because my Home Warranty Company authorized another vendor to come flush the system and fix the screw up made by Prime Masters but now Prime Masters is refusing to send me a copy of their
report or any documentation whatsoever. This company should NOT be licensed and do NOT trust them.
