I encountered an absolutely horrible culture throughout the company. This company has no customer service skills. Employees do not know how to handle a problem if it occurs. Instead when a problem occurs, they will will not know how to treat you. People blamed everyone else in the organization for being wrong. I wish that I was talking about one person or about one branch, but I can name 3 different encounters off the top of my head from people working at 2 different offices.
