This company tried to scam us. They cold-called one of our departments, said someone had ordered toner cartridges and they just needed "a contact name." One of our unsuspecting employees furnished her name, which Preferred then used to claim that she had been the one who placed the order. They did send merchandise, and it was name-brand merchandise, but it was billed to us about approximately FIVE TIMES what we would normally pay for it. To their credit, they did take it back when we complained, including paying for shipping
