Back in June of 2009 we hired Powell, Burke & Associates to recover a debt owed to our company. They contacted us and told us we needed to pay them $1000.00 to cover litigation costs so we sent them a check. Once they received the check and cashed it we could not get a hold of them. We never received any monies or information for our case after that. Do not use these people!!!!!!!!
