Fact: This company is terrible. They have the worst customer service on this planet. If you need to return an item, even if they ship the wrong item to you, they will try to stick you with a 25% restock fee. They don't care that it is against the law to charge a restock fee for the wrong item sent to customer. They will infuriate you with their ineptitude until you realize just how screwed the human race really is. At that point you will either have to give up and pay the restock fee or contest it with your credit card company. EZ Systems needs to be renamed something like "SuchAPainInYourAssThatYouWon'tBelieveIt! Systems". Talk to Louie, he is awesomely dumb, and will amuse you to no end with his ridiculous FAQ pages and horrendously poor grasp of the law in this country.
I would recommend banging your head into a brick wall repeatedly as an alternative to buying anything from this company. You can thank me later.
