I ordered a "script" necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday from Personalized Boutique. I was anxious to receive it prior to her birthday on July 3rd. Although the pictures on the web site were lovely, I was a little apprehensive to see if the actual piece would be of good quality. I needn't have worried at all. Robert was absolutely wonderful and the necklace arrived in plenty of time as promised. It was packaged beautifully and was of stellar quality. She was ecstatic over her present and I will not hesitate to order from Personalized Boutique in the future for myself and for my family and friends.
