This company was suing my mother, who makes minimum wage, for unpaid bill. She invested in a property by suppling the materials with her Lowe's account but with the housing marketing falling out from under all of us, she did not make the investment to pay back the Lowe's accounts. One bill was 6k. The company Persolve, LLC was contacted by me, I spoke with a representitive, Neal Edwards and we came to a settlement of 6k. I would pay 2k and four payments of 1k. When I received the paperwork it was 7k. They added an extra 1k onto the bill. They refuse to honor their original settlement with me.
Lesson learned: do not give info. or pay ANY money to this company until you have the settlement which you agreed upon in writing. The person I was dealing with was super nice and then turned into a devil! Their philosophy seems to be "let's kick em when their down!"
