This clinic had the lowest cost in the area for good reason. The clinic is dirty. The staff is polite until you complain about something and then they become arrogant and rude. Dropped off my indoor cat for surgery that required an overnight stay. The day after picking up my cat I noted she was covered with fleas. I purchased several over the counter fleas treatments and baths. Nothing seemed to work well. When I received my reminder card to bring my cat back to the clinic, I called them and told them the problem I had been experiencing with fleas since by cat stayed overnight in their facility. The staff member I spoke with agreed that the over the counter flea treatments are not effective and are a waste of money. I requested that the clinic perform a one time flea treatment to my cat free of charge. From that point on the clinic denied that it is even remotely possible that my cat was exposed to any fleas while in their care. Their arrogance and rudeness was shocking. I had been to this clinic a few other times and was surprised with their change in behavior. They were fine as long as I brought my pet in and paid my bill. My request was reasonable considering the circumstances. I will never return and would never recommend this clinic. I know times are tough and it was my mistake is choosing this clinic for their prices. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.
