Listen to Mike he is absolutely correct. This company should not even be in business because they take advantage of people. If you want a warranty or gap purchase it from your bank not them. They do not pay the claims and you get stuck with the balance. This is a Mickey Mouse operation designs to prey on people and take their money and offer you no protection what so ever!
