Review 10/18/2009

It's all very simple . When I began investigating Parsa Law in Jury 2009. They had a decent rating rating. The California Bar didn't have any publicly posted bad information against them or the Nevada Bar. Now they have an F rating by the BBB. The California Bar has information of a charge and conviction and my family is suffering after being scammed for $5, 300. I guess We have lousy timing. We paid Parsa Law in August to do a loan modification. They cashed the check and we felt like finally we would have help with the banks.
Long story short we have not received any services other that request for financial papers and a few reassuring calls from their receptionist. After several unanswered phone calls, sent emails, and a lot of worrying. The truth has been revealed. They are closed down for business I guess because the emails we were using no longer deliver messages and their is only a message when attempting to reach them by phone.
It's basically a nightmare. I only want to reach them to get a refund. We actually paid them right at the time they were being closed or at least James Parsa became ineligible to practice law. Our interaction spanned August to October 5, 2009 to be exact. My husband and I can't believe this is actually happening to people over and over again. Your best option is to be persistent and work with your bank or mortgage company.!!!
