In late September 2009,we received an postcard inviting us to a Paradise Today presentation, along with an offer of free air fare for two, nights accommodations to any place in the continental US, plus $100.00 gas and a $30.00 dinner certificate. We followed their registration and activation procedures.
We then received a undated form letter back from them stating that we had not complied with the process and that the offer was void and we could not reapply. The have not responded to e-mails or phone calls.
I am filing a complaint with my home state and the Florida Attorney General Office. I also and sending a letter cancelling my membership and demanding a refund. Unfortunately the 60 day dispute period has passed, so my credit card company probably can't do any thing.
