ZERO STARS - Beware of Paradise Retreats

I wish I could give Paradise Retreats 0 stars. The people who run this company have no morals. My family and I booked a place for Easter/Passover and we were coming from Philadelphia. I paid in full so I could be proactive and just get it taken care of. Once the COVID-19 pandemic started, we contacted them to let them know that there could be a chance that we were not coming. From the start, they were unwilling to listen to reason. Now here we are, people are dying and being urged to not leave their homes. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and is totally prohibited from flying. Paradise rentals could care less, they stated that they are keeping our 8,400 regardless of this awful tragedy. Who knows what's ahead of us financially or medically! I watch the news every day and I see so many organizations doing the right thing but not Paradise Retreats. No rely do not know how they sleep at night but I will not rest until I make sure that everyone knows how unethical they are. This time is truly unprecedented and the fact that they continue to turn their backs on their customers is telling. Shame on you, Paradise Retreats.
