This company are made up of scammers. I read a complaint from a consumer in South Carolina. I live in North Carolina and the exact same thing happened to me. I do not know if the same person came around, or if this is how the company opperates. It seems that the sells person will come around and ask to use your counter. He will ask for your subscription and if you say "no" he will continue to tell you that you can help this person win "point". The person in SC said the point system was going towards the sells person's internation trip, the sales person that asked me said the points were going to a scholarship. I actually gave him two checks that amounted to 84. thinking I was helping the sells person out. I had every intention of canceling both checks through the company. He assured me I can do it online or over the phone. I asked him when will the checks post online to cancel and he responded "tonight". By the end of the transaction he gave me a sign that said "Bug Off". He told me that it to inform other Sunshine Sub. sells people to not ask me. The same "Bug Off" message was given to the S.C customer. I went to the site and there was no cancellation option. I ended up writing a nasty email to the company, I tried calling but there was no machine and I cancelled the checks through my bank. There is a 30.00 cancellation fee per order. I had two that would mean it would cost me 60. The sells person mislead me by thinking I was helping him out and I could quickly and easily cancel. Please do not fall for this company!
