Someone called our office asking for information from the person who answered. The person who was on the phone made the mistake of giving them her info.
They claimed they were referred from the corporate office and needed info on what type of printers we used. Mistake #2 was the person gave the info. The manager overheard the conversation and told the employee to stop answering questions because the corp office would know all of the info and would not be calling us. So the employee hung up.
A week later we received 2 overpriced toners. They were never opened and soon after we received an invoice.
I called the company to tell them we would not be paying it and I was transferred to someone in customer service, who most definitely was not of any service to me. She was rude and wants pictures of the unopened boxes of toners in order to send UPS return labels.
