DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will under-bid your move and charge you high fees for extra goods. They will charge you exceptionally high dollar amounts for items needed to pack and protect your items in the move. The sheets they send for materials charges won't detail the labor they charge you to pack the items. None of the extra charges will be clear until your items are loaded and the time comes to pay. We were required to pay for all extra charges beyond our binding estimate at the time our items were loaded in the van. This is against their own printed policy on their email forms and regulations that require them only to take the binding estimate amount at the time of the move and allow for billing of extra charges.
We had so much damage due to our furniture not being properly protected. We had many pieces of artwork stuffed into the same boxes causing damage. We had lost items and anthem claims management would not even acknowledge our over payment for services included in our binding estimate.
I specifically asked if we could buy extra items insurance coverage and was specifically told they did not do that. Yet there forms acknowledge that they can provide coverage. I'm sure they don't want to do so because the damage factor is so high.
This company now has a rating of F with the BBB, so extreme caution is advised.
