Do not buy from this company. The owner Bruce McCombs is all nice and helpful until he receives your money. I ordered my furniture in August and was promised the furniture in September; however I did not receive my furniture until almost November. I called Bruce in October to cancel the order and he refused my request. Once I received the furniture it was lighter in color even though he guaranteed it would match my current furniture perfectly. There was wood putty over open nail holes and putty was placed in cracks to conceal flaws/mistakes in the wood. He also overcharged me on the freight.
Heed this warning……..Do not buy from this company or Bruce McCombs. He would never return my calls once I gave him my money. He claims his store has been in business for 20+ years however, I pulled a Dunn and Bradstreet report on Pacific Bedrooms and it states he has only been in business a few short years. Again Bruce is all great and wonderful until it’s time to deliver.
