Worst company ever DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM!!! My grandmother was moving to Colombia she saw an add of this company the owner spoke to her very nice and how it would take 1 month for her belongings to reach her and that to not worry that it doesn't even take that long. She moved to Colombia on January 2009 and received her things by May 2009 we called them to ask why it was her stuff taking so long in reaching her the guy kept on making excuses and would try to avoid us. When she received her things in May 2009 they did not send her the most important item which is her wheel chair because she has trouble walking. So its already July and her wheel chair still hasn't appeared and a wheel chair in Colombia is very expensive. So my mother and I decided to talk to the guy in person to see what we could do and he began to say that the address was wrong and that a gym is there so I called my grandmother in Colombia in front of the guy to ask for the address and its the same one he had and he just kept on saying we were wrong my mother was telling him if he could please do something and he told us that we would have to pay $75 more so her wheel chair can be deliverd something that was already paid for so I told him why were we going to pay more if we already paid and them told me with a nasty attitude to leave his office and I told him im not leaving until you fix this he then acts like he was calling the police and his workers(which are his sons)come in and I tell him that he is wrong and then he calls me an idiot and that if I didnt leave he would beat me up if I didnt and his sons had to pull him down because he was going hit me he began to say he was going to brake my face this and that so I tell him to fuck off and he got more pissed just because my mother was their and told me to leave i left but when I was in the guy in the front tells me I better leave or else he would beat me and he began to look through his desk for a firearm! I hope that with this said you do not do the same mistake I did and just pay a little more in recognized shipping. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
