Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. One tub and sink done in each unit of a duplex. Upstairs technician was competent and got job done in a few hours. Downstairs (my own unit) I had to keep the dogs outside for 8 hours while a different technician was working and another 6 hours after that because my entire unit reeked. I was afraid the dogs or I would get respiratory problems if I let them in or if I stayed in unit . The material still smells terrible 4 days later.
I told Danny Phillips when I scheduled that it was important for me to take a shower as soon as possible because I work full time. The last time I had this process done (by a competent contractor) I was able to take a shower on the third day. This is now the fourth day and, according to Phillips, I can't take a shower until 24 hours after the grout technician comes and grouts which he said couldn't be done until today. Well, guess who didn't show up? He was supposed to be here at 8:00 AM. After SIX calls to PKB I finally got Danny on the phone and he said he'd be here at 12:00. No apology. No explanation. No concern whatsoever about my scheduling problems caused by them.
They are also WAY more expensive than anyone else but I used them because they were the first to get back to me. NEVER AGAIN!
