Got an annoying glitch in your computer? Tired of tearing your hair out? Have very little computer knowledge and are concerned that the "techies" will make fun of you? If so, these folks are the ones you should call.
I can't say enough good things about Ben, Brian, and especially Johnny at PC Tekk. They all handled my phone calls and my concerns with courtesy, promptness, and (best of all) a sense of humor. Between them they were able to set up a next day appointment time in a two-hour window and they showed up on time.
My questions, some of which had nothing to do with the computer problem I was experiencing, were answered, the problem was solved, and we were all on our way. They, to help out others and me to an enhanced on-line experience.
Thanks, guys! I'm happy to recommend y'all to anyone.
