I placed an order on 3/25/2011 for a motherboard that was not listed as out of stock. After paying for express shipping and not receiving item by 2 weeks I attempted to access companys online support. I ended up with having to use e-mail because no online representative was available. An returned form letter email told me the motherboard had to come out of china.
I was not given a est delivery date etc... I kept getting form letter responses and no online customer representative available. 2 weeks ago I even quit receiving form letter e-mail responses. This company is the far worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I am a computer specialist and have dealt with over a dozen different computer parts company's (new egg and tiger direct being by far the best) I am in the process of contesting their billing and having to salvage what I can from the associated hard drive before hoping to not have to purchase a new license for a tower restore because I have not found the needed motherboard anywhere else and microsoft hates to accredit a license w/o matching hardware configurations.
I strongly recomend no one EVER uses this company .

Hello We understand your frustration, but you need to understand the unit you haveordered is almost inexistent worldwide since it has been discontinuedseveral years ago, your motherboard should be shipped out to you by the endof this week/early next week, at that moment our shipping dept will updateyour order status and post tracking information in your account Thank you, PC Planet Systems

Hello, These are discontinued items in the US market and not available anywhere. Wehad to transfer this unit from our warehouse in China and can take 5-8BUSINESS days to arrive. These units are in OEM packaging which is bare product only meant forreplacement only with no accessories. Manuals, cd's cables etc. The time frame is listed on website, products page and at checkout the timeneeded for these units to fulfill your order. The shipping method you chose at checkout will be ONCE we ship from ourwarehouse in California. These e-mails to my limited understanding tell me twice the item was suppose to be shipped to me and neither time was it received in the time frame. I am glad i have a complaint filed and billing contested. Their customer service is not only unprofessional but lack the moral standing to take responsibliity for their failure as a customer friendly company as is evident with their representatives tactless response.

The product you ordered is a discontinued product and that is the reason of the delay, it is also clearly posted in the page where you ordered it from, we have 3 ways to contact us and we have records to have replied every single message you have sent to us, if new egg or tiger direct as you mentioned are far the best, why you have not ordered from them? the reason is we carry discontinued products that no one else in the US Market has and as yourself claim being a Tech should know the product you ordered was long time (years) discontinued and can take some time since that product has customers in waiting list, we are proud of our company as well as the service we offer and THOUSANDS of customers prove that, 20 comments from people who actually do not understand our service and half of them are posted by same people under different names will not change the way we handle our company and to keep providing serious users and companies in their discontinued hardware parts needs.
