For weeks I have received automated calls regarding a 'non-solicitation business matter.' I finally responded to the prompt so I could tell them to stop calling me. They were looking for my brother. I asked them why. They said it was a business matter. I refused to give them information if they didn't give me some in kind. They said they would just keep calling me until I gave up my brother. Such harassment violates federal law. Either Oxford is ignorant of the law, willfully disregards the law, or is unable to train their employees to follow the law. Regardless, you should think twice before contracting the services of such an unprofessional organization.
