The previous review saying Ortho refused to replace the mattress unless there was a 1 and 1/2 inch impression in it is standard for the mattress industry. Just about ALL mattress companies have the same warranty so this should not be held against Ortho.
My dealings with Ortho have been very positive and I think it is unfair for this other reviewer to blame Ortho for a policy that virtually all mattress companies have.
