After a few days of shopping (dragged by the wife is more like it) we finally settled on a basic firm bed by Simmons. We price compared at a few other local retailers and this company won our business. The sales man made a call to the-owner and of bed was delivered the same day. After 2 weeks my wife won and we went back to the store to exchange it for the Pillow type she originally wanted, they made the exchange with there sleep trial exchange for a what seemed to be reasonable fee ( better than the complaint I would have had to live with from my wife) We are both very happy now and sleeping great!
