I am very suspicious of advertising, I don't believe every deal out there, but I honestly thought that this "Free Offer" was genuine. I saw an ad on the CNN website for this, and it took me to this page: https://www.ookisa.com/index.html?s=8aa081ca1edb1a60011edbeba2430886&SUBID=ara_ok_k3_article_010610;2839;
"Yours to try FREE*" and "Try it FREE*" were displayed on the page. The asterisk went with a statement at the bottom of the page that reads "* Try a 60-day Supply of OOKISA™ FREE for 30 days. Just pay shipping and processing." OK, seemed legit.
What people really need to look at is the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" link (with NO asterisk next to it). This is where it explains "Your FREE Trial of OOKISA™ includes a full 60-day supply for just $5.95 in shipping and processing. You will have 30 days to try OOKISA™ and discover why it is the perfect hair care system for you. If you like how this system makes you look younger with more youthful looking hair, do nothing – at the end of your free-trial period you will be billed the discounted price of $89.95."
I just received this product, I haven't even tried it yet and saw the terms and conditions statement above on my invoice, which by the way states that it is a "35-Day FREE Trial" (I wonder if they're trying to get me to go past 30 days so they can charge me). Anyway, I plan on sending the products back despite how good it might work. I do not appreciate deceptive advertising practices. I have read many reviews online tonight, and a lot of other people have fallen victim to this scam too.
If you wish to help lower this company's rating so that other people are aware, file a complaint with the BBB; customer reviews like this are not factored into a company's BBB rating. I certainly plan on submitting a complaint.
