I strongly caution everyone to avoid doing business with Client Placement Services. The concept of selling "exclusive keywords" goes back many years, and in the past has been used as a scam to defraud people.
Many of those companies are listed right here at the BBB. Do a search for:
One Top Firm
Exclusive Position
Key Windows
Simply Voice
Client Placement Services
They all did the same thing. They all have "F" ratings, and they all link back to the same individual(s).
There are many questions about this company you should ask yourself before buying anything from them:
If they truly had 10-14 million "downloads" in a little over a year, that means 20% of the USA's computers have this toolbar. Do you really believe that?
Why do the total downloads from 3rd party websites number < 10,000?
How can you be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that they have millions of unique INSTALLATIONS?
How can you be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that the "leads" being generated are real? How can you be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that they aren't being faked?
Would you trust a company that cannot offer you POSITIVE VERIFICATION that their claims are true? The traffic data they provide is from THEIR servers.
If this toolbar were so wonderful and so widespread as they claim, wouldn't massive corporations have snapped up the very best exclusive keywords/
Wouldn't they have thousands of testimonials on the company homepage instead of 3 tiny owner-operated businesses?
Wouldn't the media have loads of articles about the success of this toolbar? Where are they?
The company that developed the "MySpace Guardian Toolbar" is named IP Marketing, along with its partner, PBH LLC. Previous products put out by PBH have been identified as being SPYWARE. Do a search at Allentech.net, spywaredata.com, and spywareguide.com and search for the software "ClearSearch" and "IGetNet" for proof.
Most importantly, IP Marketing is run by Charles Lloyd. He has been in trouble with the FTC before. You can find that case here:

You can read much more about Portal Response, and other companies that have done the same thing:
