I ordered a Pirate Bed in July of 2010. We were told arrival date would be the first part of September. After many phone calls and continued delays we finally received the bed in December. The bed was missing parts that we never received as promised. Once the bed was put together two large cracks appeared. We paid a lot of money for this bed and it was not worth the wait and the quality was terrible. I will NEVER advise anyone to order anything from this company! I'm just sorry I didn't check the BBB before I ordered this, my complaints seem to be a common problem.
