We paid for a pirate bed and case goods (trundle, dresser, chest, step stool, and night stand) in June 2010 and they said it would be delivered in August. After many date changes the bed finally arrived missing parts and damaged in December. It took them 2 months to send the replacement parts however they have yet to send all of the parts that are suppose to come with the bed. Additionally, NONE of the case goods have been delivered and no delivery date has been given. I have repeatedly requested replacement parts and a refund for the case goods to no avail. I have sent many emails and left many voice mails requesting a call back. Fred and Laura have repeatedly made excuses and delayed responses and shipping. Olivia and Will's Fine Children's Furniture, Laura and Fred Golightly are untrustworthy and lack any amount of customer service. I would not recommend them as people, as a company or their products.

Our products are custom made overseas and there were unexpected delays with the delivery of this customer's pirate ship bed. To the best of our knowledge, the customer's son is now enjoying his pirate ship bed. Due to the continued delays in production, this customer requested and received a refund for all the casegoods ordered but not delivered during the timeframe requested.
