When I read the reviews of the two other customers who had complaints about Olivia and Will, my heart sank. The exact same thing is happening to us. We ordered the pirate bed in May 2010. We were told it would come in August. Then October, then no later than Thanksgiving, then the first week of December. We got part of our order the first week of December, but it was damaged. I have been in contact with the company quite regularly since then and still no replacement for damaged portions or completion of the missing items. I am able to keep some communication with Laura, but she seems to not want to call, but just email. This makes me nervous. I am cautiously optimistic that the issue will get resolved, but not after much heartache and a considerable amount of time.

Unfortuntely, due to shipping damage this customer received a damaged footboard for her son's pirate ship bed. We are in the process of taking care of this customer by sending her a replacement footboard. We will also send her the trundel she ordered for the bed, along with a treasure map sail once they are completed. In the meantime, this customer is going to receive a blank sail until the treasure map sails are completed. Hopefully, we will not have any more unexpected delays and take care of all of the customer's requests in the near future. She has been more than patient and understanding regarding the shipping damage so we are trying to ensure that the same damage does not occur again when the replacement footboard is delivered.
