I ordered the bed,dresser and nightstand from the olivia's collection in March 2011. I paid for all three pieces in full in March 2011.I was told by Fred that It would take 3 weeks for delivery. After many phone calls and emails,I finally received the bed and dresser in September dresser was damaged and some of the wood on the bed was cracked but I let that go and have begged them for 14 months to please send my nightstand that I paid for as they requested 14 months ago. For a while they responded to my calls and emails but now they do not return my calls or respond to my emails. Laura told me months ago that the nightstand was in their warehouse but that ups and fed x wanted 300.00 to ship it and that they could not do that..... So I offered to have someone that I know in California to come to the warehouse and pick the nightstand up. NEVER heard a word from either one of them again!!! My granddaughter is so disappointed about her nightstand that I told her was coming NEVER came!!! I have ask them to PLEASE refund my money so I can buy her another nightstand. NO RESPONSE to that either. This has been one big nightmare!!!
