Wasn't Expecting Much But was pleasantly surprised. I called and was worried about extra charges ect. Great holiday. Was not charged any extra's or milage. I should have left more time to get to the rental agency on the way to the airport as they are off site and we got lost on the way back. Somehow we couldn't find our way off the freeway properly. Would definitely rent from them again. I am glad I didn't have the experiences that others seem to have. The comments by some surprise me.
