Unbelievably bad service--worst ever. First, they sold me a product explicitly for a purpose that it cannot and does not serve. Then, they've sent me through hours of hoops trying to return the product for a refund and promised me refunds repeatedly for completing steps, but each time I complete the step and the refund doesn't appear they tell me there's another step I have to complete. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It's only one tiny step above a complete and utter scam.
