I'm soooo frustrated with this Company (if you can call it that). I bought a digital camera from them in December 2008 and it has never worked properly. The external storage card will not work, the battery will not stay charged and it will only allow 2 pictures from the internal memory and this you get a message saying MEMORY FULL. The phone numbers listed do not work, no one answers and if by an off chance someone does answer they don't know where to send you so you get a strange voicemail. I've left 10+ voicemails and no one has called me back. When you go to the website and go to Tech Support you get an "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" error. It's like you go round and round and never get answers. I live in Texas and finally decided to look up the LA BBB and see the rating is an F and I'm not surprised after reading the reviews and seeing the issue's I'm having personally trying to resolve this problem. A total of 3 letters (1 Cert. Mail), and 2 faxes have come back with no answers. If it were not for the Store that I purchased the Camera from coming to my rescue (I want to give all the pats on the back to HEB Store #45, Blake, OPs Mgr) he has agreed to give me store credit and that is pefectly fine with me. I will buy a brand name that I can trust this time!!!! I hope that the retail store helping goes after this Company in a big way. I don't have the means or finances to do this or I would, so again, thank goodness for such a great Texas Comany like HEB in San Antonio to help the Consumer!!! Do not trust Norcent Technology, Do not buy any of there products, they are not worthy of your hard earned money!!
